We get several email inquires each day regarding the following questions. 

Can I use my registered agent address as my business address?

No. Our address (your registered agent) cannot be used as your business address. Only official communication regarding our entity's compliance and service of process (SOP - lawsuit) may be sent to our address. All other mail will be returned to sender. You may contact a Virtual American business address provider if you would like to lease an American business address. 

Does Form4Free operate a Virtual American business address company?

No. We do not currently provide this service. 

Does Form4Free help with setting up business bank accounts?

No. However, most major U.S. Banks such as Wells Fargo, Bank of America and Chase are incorporated in Delaware and are familiar with the needs of U.S. and international customers. Once the company formation process is complete, you may contact them for your banking needs.

Can I form a company from anywhere in the world?

The answer is yes, with 5 exceptions. Due to current U.S. laws, sanctions and restrictions, we are not allowed to do business with citizen from the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Lebanon, and Syria and North Korea. 

Does Form4Free help with visas for business travel?

No. Please contact an immigration attorney familiar with American law.
